XU BEIHONG (1895-1953)

A personal letter to high school student Lui Pushu, an art lover and later a renowned Chinese painter. Xu Beihong wrote about his opinions on art and his creative path. The letter was printed in the leading Chinese newspaper Renmin ribao. Provenance: collection of a Czech sinologist.
