Finely potted with shallow rounded sides rising from a short slightly tapered foot to an everted rim, applied overall with an even copper-red glaze save for the rim and base, da qing qianlong nianzhi mark to base, carved wood stand, 18cm diameter. Provenance: Purchased at Christie's South Kensington, 25th July 1977, lot 191; thence by descent to the present owner.
