Peruzzini visited Venice, Bologna, Modena, Parma and other Italian cities. He collaborated with Sebastian Ricci and Alessandro Magnasco, for whom he painted landscape backgrounds in his paintings with smaller figures. In Loreto he painted two stormy landscapes, inspired by Salvatore Rosi’s work. His works are characterized by their darker green and blue tones. He often depicts tall trees from unusual angles and the sky, usually with dramatic clouds, also plays an important role.
